This fried goat cheese has become our favorite low carb appetizer as of late. We make it for ourselves when we know we are about to settle in to a good show, for keto and non-keto friends and to take to parties where we know we may not have many good options.
A simple marinade of olive oil, black pepper, garlic, oregano, curry, and salt will do the trick. Mix together and rub on the goat meat and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
