1. Use some paper towels to dry the wings and remove unnecessary liquids. Mix all the seasonings in a bowl while drying the wings.
2. When the wings are dried completely, transfer to a large bowl. Rub some olive oil on each piece so the seasonings will stick. Use half of the mixed seasonings to cover one side of the wings. Rub it in. Flip the wings and season the other side with the remaining half of the spices. Make sure to rub it in and let the wings absorb the flavor.
3. Arrange the wing pieces on a rack and place it over a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350°F oven. Afterwards, turn the wings over and bake for another 10 minutes. Put the oven broiler on the low setting and let it broil for 10 more minutes.
4. Prepare some green salad or dressing on a plate. Place the wings on the plate and serve. Enjoy while hot.

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
2. Combine all of the rub ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
3. Take a large container with a lid and place your wings inside of the container. Pour your rub on top of your chicken wings and close the lid. Shake container until the chicken wings are coated evenly. You can also season them in a large mixing bowl and toss with tongs until they are evenly coated.
4. Place your coated chicken wings on a large baking sheet (like with foil for less mess) and place into preheated oven for 45 minutes (whole wings). Half way through cooking, make sure to flip your wings to make sure they get crispy on both sides. Remove from oven and serve.
