DirectionsStep1Preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.Step2In a large bowl, mix together all cookie ingredients until well combined.Step3Shape into cookies and press down center by using the back of a teaspoon measuring spoon. Form them so they have less cracks on the side while still having a dent in the center. They will flatten as they cook.Step4Bake for 20 minutes and once they are golden brown, take out of oven and use teaspoon measuring spoon to press down center again to ensure indent.Step5While cookies are cooling, start making caramel by adding coconut cream, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and salt in a medium sauce pan. Turn heat on medium and stir consistently.Step6Once caramel comes to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and stir constantly for 10-15 minutes or until thickened. It will thicken with time over low heat, but will burn on high heat!Step7Once caramel has thickened, turn off heat and add vanilla.Step8Add 1 tsp of caramel to each cookie.Step9Optional drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle with finely chopped pecans, and extra flaked sea saltIngredientsIngredients2 cupsAlmond Flour¼ cupMaple Syrup¼ cupMelted Coconut Oil1 teaspoonSalt2 teaspoonsVanilla¼ cupCoconut Cream (or the white hard part at the top of the coconut milk can)¼ cupCoconut Sugar1 teaspoonCoconut OilNutritionalNutritional261 Calories11 gTotal Fat16 gCarbohydrate265 mgSodium3.6 gProteinFrom erinliveswhole.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore furtherChewy Salted Caramel Cookies - Trader Joe'straderjoes.com44 Lightened-Up Cookies That Curb Snack Attacks - Taste …tasteofhome.com10 Best Salted Caramel Cookies Recipes Yummlyyummly.com30+ Healthier Caramel Recipes For All You Caramel …wholelifestylenutrition.comSalted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies - Sally's Baking …sallysbakingaddiction.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback
