3. Rinse and dry the same bowl and add the almond meal, coconut, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Use a fork or clean hands to combine the mixture until it forms small pea-sized clumps. Stir in the chopped pecans.
4. Spread mixture evenly on top of berries with your hands and press down lightly.

2. Add the berries, lemon juice and zest to a large bowl. Sprinkle the swerve mixture over the top and toss until well coated. Pour the mixture into a buttered glass or ceramic baking dish.

4. Bake for 30 minutes. Increase the temperature to 425F and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the crumble is crisp. Allow to cool slightly before serving!
