1. Preheat oven to 220ºC/fan 200ºC/gas mark 7. Lightly flour a non-stick baking sheet; set aside. Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl; rub in sunflower spread until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
2. Stir in sugar, strawberries and enough milk to form a soft dough. Lightly knead dough on lightly floured surface. Divide into 4 equal portions; shape each one into a circle roughly 6cm (2 1/2 in) in diameter, or if you prefer, shape into triangles where the sides are about 8cm (3in) long. Place on baking sheet; brush tops with milk to glaze.
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Serve scones warm or cold, split and spread with a little strawberry jam and topped with fresh strawberry slices.
