DirectionsStep1On low heat place 1 tablespoon of olive oil in large saucepan or wok. Cook beaten egg briefly, breaking into pieces. Remove and set aside.Step2Add 2 tablespoons olive to saucepan or wok. Add onions, carrot and peas. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.Step3Dissolve chicken bouillon cube in the 2 tablespoons water. Place in pan and add cold rice, garlic powder, soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss lightly to mix well and heat for 3 minutes. Add in egg pieces and mix.Step4Additional soy sauce may be added to taste.     2. In the same pan, add additional tablespoon of sesame oil. Heat the oil and sauté onions, garlic, peppers, carrots and spices until vegetables start to soften, approximately 5 minutes.
    3. Stir in cooked rice. Push rice/veggies to the side of the pan
    4. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs until combined. Add eggs to the pan and scramble on the empty side of the pan. Stir together with rice/veggie mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes until eggs are cooked.
