3. Heat some Canola Oil in a Skillet. use an oven thermometer to check the temperature of the oil. If it reaches 300F or 145 C, then add the Shrimps carefully into the hot oil.Fry each side of the Shrimp for about 2-3 minutes. Keep the flame to medium.Fry both sides of the Shrimp until they turn golden brown in color. Once, they turn golden brown, take them off the pan.
4. Garnish with chopped Scallions and chopped Cilantro. Serve the Shrimps on Lettuce Leaves. Drizzle the Bang Bang Sauce on top. Enjoy!
