1. Heat a sauce pan over medium heat. Following the pudding package instructions, add the milk and pudding mix to the pan. Stir constantly until the mixture boils.
2. Pour the pudding into a mixing bowl and allow the pudding to chill for at least 5 minutes while you prep the remaining ingredients.
3. Add a layer of Nilla Wafers to the bottom of the trifle dish. Continue to layer the bowl by adding a layer of cool whip, then a layer of pudding, sliced bananas, and more Nilla Wafers.
4. Top with wafers, bananas, and sliced strawberries. Crumble a few wafers to sprinkle throughout the top.
