1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cook pasta according to box directions with a generous pinch of salt. Drain pasta and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
2. Add pasta and pasta water back into pot and stir in 3/4 cup Italian cheese blend, 1 cup of tomato sauce, and all of herbs (basil, thyme, and oregano). Pasta should have a creamy and cheesy consistency.
3. Transfer pasta to a 13x9 baking dish. Layer with rest of tomato sauce, mozzarella, and 1/4 cup Italian cheese blend over top.
4. Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbling and browned. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!

1. Preheat oven to 350. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Boil ziti until al dente- approximately 6 minutes. Check your pasta box and I would suggest to cook ½ the time they recommend. Remember, the ziti will continue to cook in the oven!
2. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a separate pan. Brown the turkey until completely cooked (approximately 10 minutes) + set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix together 1 cup of mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan cheese, basil + pepper. Toss the cooked ziti with the cheese mixture and stir.
4. Stir in ground turkey, tomatoes + spices to pasta/cheese mixture. Pour pasta mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the pasta mixture.
