1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Toss the broccoli with half the olive oil, half the garlic, half the Parmesan, half the basil, and half the red pepper flakes. Lay flat on a baking sheet, covered with foil and sprayed with cooking spray for easier clean up. Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, toss the shrimp with the remaining oil, garlic, Parmesan, basil, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. After 10 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and shake. Carefully add the shrimp and return to the oven. Cook for 6-9 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and opaque.
