Slice the tops and bottoms of all the rolls, and set the tops aside. Put the bottoms of the rolls in the 9-inch baking dish, and place a slice of ham folded on each roll. Cut each slice of cheese in half and fold it in half on top of the ham on each roll. Place all the tops of the rolls back on.
Bake: Cover the sliders with a sheet of aluminum foil and bake them in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and melted. Cut & Serve: Use a sharp knife to separate the individual sliders and serve them immediately with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan, if desired.
