1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, espresso powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl of a stand mixer (or using a hand mixer), combine butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add eggs and beat until incorporated, about 30 seconds. Add Irish cream and mix until combines, about another 30 seconds.
4. With the mixer on low, slowly add the flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix just until combined.
