1. Remove the bread mixture and yeast sachet from the Atkins bread packet. Pour the bread mix into a large bowl, along with the water and yeast. Mix for 3 minutes until well combined.
2. Cover the bowl, and let it rest for 45 minutes to ensure the yeast has enough time to rise a little.
3. Preheat your oven to 200C (390F). Split the dough into two, and roll each portion out into a 20cm bread roll. Place on a baking tray and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown on the outside. Let it cool on the bench for 15 minutes.
4. In a smaller bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic, dried parsley and salt. Mix until well combined, then set aside.
