2. In a large bowl combine ground pork with the mixture from the food processor, 3 eggs, salt, pepper and soy sauce. You could also add some kind of spice like red chili flakes, chili garlic sauce, siracha or something like that. Mix all together until fully combined.
3. On a parchment lined baking sheet portion out the meatballs with a small trigger release scooper. Then roll them all into a round ball shape. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
