1. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan or wok.
2. Add the vegetables, ginger juice, tamari (or soy) and fish sauce and stir fry until fork tender (about 2-4 minutes).
3. While the vegetables are sauteeing, rinse the shirataki noodles* (see note) and let drain/dry as much as possible.
4. Add the rinsed noodles to the pan, toss and let sautee for another 3 minutes.

4. Toss in the mixture from the small bowl and the cooked pasta and continue to stir and cook your Lo Mein until the ingredients are all warm and mixed well.
