1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line an 8 inch by 4 inch pan with a piece of parchment paper as wide as the bottom of the pan in the bottom to prevent sticking. Make it extra long, so that the extra length can be folded over the short ends of the pan (this will make handles to make it easy to remove the loaf).
2. Combine the water, eggs, oil, and honey in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
3. Pour the golden flaxseed meal over the wet mixture. Add the almond flour, arrowroot flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda to the bowl. Mix well. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until the top of the loaf is deep golden brown. Remove from oven, then cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Run a butter knife around the edges to loosen the loaf. Turn the loaf out onto a wire rack and cool completely. Store airtight and refrigerated.

1. In a large bowl, combine water, yeast and 1 cup whole wheat flour. Let rest for a few minutes, until bubbles start to form. Add remaining 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, salt and oil.
2. Add 1 cup white flour. Mix with a spatula. Pour dough onto floured surface and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup white flour, oatmeal and sunflower seeds over dough. Knead for 5 minutes, until all the flour, oatmeal & seeds are incorporated and the dough is elastic.
3. Rinse large bowl and spray with cooking spray. Place dough in the bowl and cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap. Set bowl in a warm place and let dough rise until doubled in size, about 1 1/2 hours.
4. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Punch dough to deflate and shape into a 8-9" log. and place dough into pan. Cover with damp towel or plastic wrap and let rise another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375'F.
