I started with a fork and finished kneading with my hands. If the dough is a bit too sticky/wet, add a pinch more arrowroot. If it’s too dry/crumbly, add a little bit of water, just one teaspoon at a time.
4. Gather the dough into a ball. Spray a pizza pan/stone with cooking spray (or a baking sheet if you don’t have a pizza pan). Place the dough on the pan and spread it out evenly with your hands (about 1/4 inch/ 6 mm thick – it will rise a bit while baking).
