Air Fryer Onion Pakodas are best served with Chutney, Ketchup and Masala Tea. In the meanwhile, take a bowl, add all the above ingredients such as flour, spices, coriander leaves, chillies, saltand mix everything well. Now add the water slowly and mix well until it forms a thick and sticky batter.
Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray. Spoon 2 tablespoons of cauliflower mixture into the basket and flatten. Repeat this as many times as your basket space allows without the pakoras touching. Mist the top of each pakora with non-stick spray. Cook for 8 minutes.
Preheat the Airfryer at 360F for 5-10 mins. Mix all the main ingredients except water. If needed slowly add water tbsp by tbsp, mix the ingredients so that the onions get nicely coated with the flour and spices. Now the mixture should be sticky when you touch with finger and just wet.
