2. Remove the chicken from the fridge then preheat your oven to 420 degrees.
3. Bake the chicken, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken breasts then continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve with a few spoonfuls of the sauce in the baking dish over the top.

3. Add the seasonings to the chicken, and place the baking dish in the middle rack of the oven.
4. Bake for 45-55 minutes on the middle rack or until a digital meat thermometer reaches 160°F degrees. Then move the baking dish to the top rack to broil for 5 minutes so that the skin crisps. After you have removed the chicken from the oven, use a meat thermometer to make sure the chicken reaches 165°F.
