1. Preheat the oven to 300 F.
2. Combine the sugars, flour, baking powder, salt and sprinkles int eh bowl of a standing mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and mix on low speed until well combined.
3. Add the oil and vanilla and mix again until the mixture forms small clusters of crumbs.
4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. When the crumbs are golden, remove from the oven and let cool completely.

1. Put the candy mold into the freezer to chill.
2. Using a double boiler, heat the chocolate slowly, stirring until it melts.
3. Once the chocolate is melted, remove the top portion of the double boiler from the heat and wipe off the bottom to remove any moisture. Water and chocolate don't mix!
4. Remove the candy mold from the freezer and start to fill each well with about ½ TSP of melted chocolate. Use the backside of a small spoon to coat the sides of the mold. When all the cups are poured, place the mold into the freezer for 5 minutes.
