Low Carb Pretzel Dippers. Beat two eggs in mixer bowl. Add the butter to combine. Mix almond flour and salt together. Add to wet ingredients and mix. Add coconut flour 1 TBS at a time. allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment. Form dough into sticks and place on baking sheet.
Melt white chocolate in the top of a double boiler, stirring constantly. Dip pretzel halfway into the white chocolate, completely covering half of the pretzel. Roll in topping if desired, and lay on wax paper. Continue the process until all of the white chocolate is finished. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to harden.
