Ensure the turkey loses its pink color before removing from heat. Drain, discard any fat and set aside. Combine meat with marinara.
2. In a medium bowl combine cooked turkey sausage with the remaining ingredients, add to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 2-3 hours or until cheese is bubbly and pasta al dente.
3. Serve and sprinkle with parmesan if desired.

2. (As I explained above - I cook 2 Italian sausage links and cut into small pieces and add when adding all other ingredients (or cut off the casing and brown it). Serve over your choice of pasta (I use Ronzoni Smart Taste Spaghetti at 170 calories w/ .5 gram fat and 5 grams fiber - 3 pts for 1 serving (2 oz uncooked))).
