Let’s be honest, the Dole Whip is one of the most popular desserts at Disney World. It’s basically one that you shouldn’t pass up when you visit. So when I was trying to create WW-friendly recipes, I wanted to recreate this one for sure. And guess what? A 1/2-cup serving of this Dole Whip is ZERO WW Smart Points! Now that’s a dessert I can enjoy.
Even though pineapple is typically a summertime fruit, this Dole Whip tastes refreshing any time of year – even in the cold of winter. In fact, I like to enjoy it and imagine I’m on a beach somewhere. I used one bag of frozen pineapple and unsweetened almond milk. Yup, just those two ingredients.
