3. Dice the chicken thighs and place them in a bowl. Try and make the pieces as evenly-sized as possible for the skewers.
4. Add the marinade to the chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate for at least three hours (overnight is fine too).

4. Add reserved Yakitori Sauce to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer over medium heat, whisking constantly. Simmer and whisk until thickened but not too thick (consistency of BBQ sauce), about 3 minutes.
