1. Preheat oven to 425°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined. I like to put the mixture through a flour sifter to ensure that all the baking powder gets mixed in with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Crack one of the eggs into a small bowl and fork whisk. This will be the egg wash for the top of the bagels. The other two eggs will go in the dough.
4. In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir to combine. Return to microwave for 1 additional minute. Mix until well combined.

1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients, except for the water, and mix well. Slowly, add the hot water over the top and mix well, until fully combined.
3. Lightly wet your hands and form 3-4 large balls of dough or 8 small ones. Place each ball of dough onto the lined plate, and press down into a circular shape. Using your index finger, form a hole through the center of each one, forming a bagel shape. If desired, brush the tops of each bagel with egg or milk, for a golden brown finish. Sprinkle the tops of each bagel with your spices/seeds of choice.
4. Bake the bagels for 15-17 minutes, or until just golden around the sides. Remove from the oven and let cool on the pan completely.

1. Preheat your oven to 425 and prep a baking sheet for nonstick- I use parchment paper.
2. Next, sift together the almond flour, baking powder and sugar alternative in a medium bowl. Set this aside.
3. In a saucepan on low- to medium heat, melt together the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Stir the mixture as it melts, scraping the bottom of the saucepan as needed. Once the mixture has melted together remove the saucepan from the heat and allow to cool for a minute or two at the most but, not totally. We will need the dough to be somewhat warm for best results.
4. Meanwhile, in the medium bowl with the flour mixture, stir in the two eggs. Then add the melted cheese mixture to this.

1. Preheat your oven to 350 and prep your baking sheet for nonstick.
2. In a medium to large bowl, sift or whisk together your low carb flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Lightly flour a flat surface for kneading your dough. Then blend in your Greek yogurt with the flour mixture in the bowl. When you are able to somewhat form a shape with this mixture (ie, it is well blended) transfer this mixture to the flat surface that you just prepped with the low carb flour. Knead this mixture until it no longer sticking. Tip: oil your hands before kneading the dough to keep it from sticking to your hands.
4. Next, divide your kneaded dough into quarters. Roll each individual quarter into a 'snake' and then connect the ends together to form your four bagels. Place the bagels onto the prepped baking sheet. For the next step, we will sprinkle the Everything seasoning on top. Use as much as you need to in order to cover your bagels to your liking. Tip: brush beaten egg white on top of your bagels first to assure that the Everything bagel seasoning will stick better. Bake the bagels for 30-35 minutes or until the begin to brown.
