Instructions In a deep heavy based frypan heat the olive oil over a medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for 1-2 minutes stirring occasionally*. Add the onion and curried powder and stir to soften the onions for 2 minutes. Cover the sausages with chicken stock and water and bring to the boil. Reduced the heat to a very low simmer.
Alternatively, you could use 1/4 – 1/2 a teaspoon of xanthan gum sprinkled lightly over the curry and stirred in off the heat. We like to serve our keto curried sausages with creamy cauliflower mash, but you could serve it with a side of steamed green vegetables, a side salad or even cauliflower rice.
