Pour your water into the gravy jar, put the lid on tightly, shake the jar, take the lid off and pour over everything. Sprinkle your garlic powder, salt and pepper on top. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the round steak is fork tender, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
Flank steak is wrapped around green beans, peppers and onion, just 4 net carbs per serving! Marinade your steak in a large ziplock bag for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
