1. First make your cauliflower rice if you are making it in the food processor. If you bought yours then go to step 2.
2. Next add the oil to a large saute pan and add in the garlic and ginger. Stir for a minute or two until fragrant.
3. Now pour in the cauliflower rice and mix well with the seasoned garlic. Then add the pepper, soy sauce and wine vinegar and mix once more.
4. Beat the egg very well and pour over the cauliflower rice. Mix it well and it will coat the rice. This give the rice a nice texture and taste.
