A sweet and delicious Syn Free Slimming World soup maker recipe. Place the onion, garlic, parsnip, spices and seasoning in an oven proof dish, mix well and spray the parsnips with frylight. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
If curried Parsnip isn’t your thing.. check out some of our other soup recipes. After prepping the onion and parsnip. Bring a pan to a medium heat and sprtiz with Frylight. Add 3 Tablespoons of cold water and add Cumin and Coriander. Mix to form a paste and cook for 1 minute. Add onion to the pan and cook until starting to soften.
