1. In a mixing bowl add all your chicken tikka masala marinade ingredients. Mix well until you have an even marinade. Add the chicken breasts and allow to marinade overnight.
2. The next day peel and dice the carrots. Dice the tomatoes and place them into the slow cooker. Place the marinated chicken breasts on top and cook on high for 3.5 hours.
3. After 3.5 hours put the chicken to one side and using a hand blender, blend the tomatoes and carrots. Stir in the rest of the seasonings and Greek yoghurt and mix well.
4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Shred it with a fork and add it to the slow cooker chicken tikka masala sauce. Stir well until all the chicken is submerged.
