This Sweet Chex mix is the ultimate easy snack time treat or dessert! It’s always the first thing to disappear at a party and will become your go-to for picnics, potlucks, football parties, social gatherings and holiday celebrations!
Of course, traditional Chex Mix is loaded with all kinds of carbs, so I decided to just get creative and swap out all the crunchy bits (cereal, pretzels, crackers, etc.) and dump the seasoning over walnuts. Y’all this is the best snack I’ve had in a while. Big, bold flavors and it’s low carb!
The seasonings are the same as traditional Chex Mix, but we skip out on the cereal and just use it for roasting nuts. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well to coat the nuts in the seasoning. Spread the nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
An easy to make, keto snack mix that is the perfect party treat to share or meal prep recipe to have on hand when you really need it! Preheat the oven to 225 F. Place parchment on a baking sheet and set it aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pork rinds, mixed nuts, and whisps.
