1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, almond flour, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and allspice. Mix well until combined. Roll into 20 small meatballs.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning every few minutes, until browned on each side and cooked through. You may need to cook in two batches to avoid overcrowding. Transfer to a plate while you make the sauce.
3. Add stock and cream to the skillet and whisk over medium-low heat. Add Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce is thickened. Add extra salt and pepper to taste.
