3. Heat the oil in the pan. Add cumin and wait till it gets brown and the aroma changes.Add sesame, kasuri methi,asafoetida, Ratalu(Yam), add tomato. Keep mixing the ingredients while adding it.Cook for 2 minutes
4. Now add the marinated vegetables to the mixture.Cook the whole mixture on low flames to cook for 25 to 30 mins.
