Reviews: 6Estimated Reading Time: 2 minsServings: 81. Preheat oven to 350 F. Roast 1 cup rava in the oven till you get a reddish tinge and the rava is well toasted. It took 35-40 minutes in my oven to achieve that toastiness. Alternatively, pan roast rava in a medium flame for 8-10 minutes, constantly stirring until well roasted.
2. Once it cools, powder the roasted rava in a dry blender and keep it aside.
3. In a high powered blender, blend 1/2 cup dates (about 10 dates) and 1/4 cup coconut milk to get a creamy paste
4. In a large bowl, mix 1/4 cup date paste, elaichi powder, 1/2 cup roasted rava powder and knead together. This will yield 8 balls.
