1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together your ingredients. If mixture seems to be too thin, you can add an additional package of pudding. Sometimes the almond milk can make it a bit thin. It should take about two to three minutes for the mixture to become well blended.
2. Pour the mixture into the molds. Cover the molds with the sticks/handles that come with the molds. Alternatively, cover the molds with plastic wrap and poke a small hole over each pop to insert a Popsicle stick. The plastic wrap should hold the sticks in place.
3. Allow the pops to freeze for about eight hours. Overnight works best!
