1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl mix almond flour, 1 egg, swerve, salt, and melted butter. Stir until it’s combined well.
3. Transfer into the baking dish, and using your hands or a spoon spread out crust evenly. Take a fork and poke some holes into it so the crust won’t rise and crack. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

1. Combine crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 8×8 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 12 min. or until golden brown.
2. Meanwhile, make the sugar free condensed milk. Bring the heavy cream, 2 tablespoons butter, and sweetener to a gentle boil and cook stirring frequently until it is light golden brown and thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
3. Remove from the heat. Either cool until room temperature before stirring in the egg yolk OR, if you are impatient like me, very slowly pour the liquid over the egg yolk while whisking like crazy. (No one wants scrambled yolk in their magic cookie bars).
4. Now it is time to assemble. Sprinkle coconut, chocolate chips, and walnuts onto the crust. Drizzle condensed milk over the top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. until set and golden brown. Cool completely and chill in the fridge before serving or the crust can crumble.

2. Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a medium bowl. Stir until well blended and pack into the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
3. Pour sugar free sweetened condensed milk over the crumbs evenly. Add the chocolate chips, coconut and walnuts. Press gently with your fingers on top of all the ingredients. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool and place in refrigerator before cutting.
