3. Add celery and onion. Cook, stirring, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add apple and cook, stirring, until tender, about 5 minutes more. Transfer to the bowl with the sausage.
4. Add the toasted bread, herbs and salt to the bowl. Toss well. Drizzle broth and butter over the mixture and toss gently until evenly moistened. Divide the mixture between 2 6- to 8-ounce ramekins.

Add onion mixture to bread mixture and toss well to combine.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken stock, apple cider, eggs and black pepper. Gently combine egg mixture with bread mixture. Spoon stuffing into an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes until top is browned. Enjoy!
