    3. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped celery to the pan and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
    4. Add butter to the pot, once it is melted, add the mushrooms and cook for approx 4-6 minutes or until they are tender then add the radishes and cook for 4 more minutes.
