1. Boil 2 cups of water in a medium pot and add sprouted moong with little salt. Cover the lid and cook the sprouted moong until moong are soft but still intact and not mushy. Do not overcook moong.
2. Drain all the remaining water and let it cool completely. Transfer the boiled sprouted moong into large mixing bowl.

4. Add orange cubes, apples, pomegranate seeds, green pepper, cucumber, tomatoes and green chilli to the sprouted moong, mix well.
