It is a protein-rich and healthy vegetarian curry made with lots and lots of spinach, basic Indian spices and paneer ( Indian cottage cheese). You could really finish the entire bowl on its own but I highly recommend pairing it with roti, naan, or steamed rice. Did I say Paneer???
