Preheat the pan, add the meat, fry in a skillet over medium high heat until the liquid is almost gone and the meat is slightly caramelized. You can also stir-fry it with more vegetables, such as chili peppers, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.
At Korean BBQ, this is made using pork belly which is too fatty for a stir fry like this (in my personal view). It will also work with any pork cuts suitable for stir frying, like tenderloin, but the meat will be leaner. 2.
To adjust the spiciness, use more or less of the gochujang. As a shortcut, you can pick up Korean pork marinade at a Korean specialty grocery store or order it from specialty merchants online to use instead of making your own marinade.
There are many different bottled brands of Korean BBQ Sauce available at most local grocery stores,. specialty stores, and Amazon including Heinz, Lee Kum Kee, Kikkoman, Annie Chun, P.F. Chang’s, Bibigo, and even Trader Joe’s (although not sure if they still carry it..)
