    4. In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press buttered cracker crumbs on top of each chicken breast. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

    3. While the chicken is searing, add the chicken stock and sour cream to the onion and mushroom mixture. Mix in and bring to a slow boil over medium-high heat. Then, reduce the heat to low and allow the sauce to simmer and thicken, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    4. Once the chicken is cooked all the way through, plate it and top with sauce, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and green onions.
