3. Bring a medium pot with 4-6 cups of water to a boil.
4. Once the water is boiling add your soba noodles to the water. Cook for 4 minutes at a rolling boil. Stiring every 2 minutes. Once done, rinse the noodles under cold water to help prevent them from sticking together. Leave there until it's time to add them to the stir fry.
