1. To a large Dutch oven or stockpot, add the broth, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, sesame oil, agave, ginger, salt, pepper, stir to combine, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and allow mixture to simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Add the soba noodles, bok choy, cabbage, and cook over medium-high heat until the noodles are al dente, about 4 to 5 minutes, or according to package directions.
