These bbq smoked short ribs are the best tasting ribs I have ever had and they are low carb! Each meaty rib has only 1.8g net carbs! Mix all the seasonings and then rub the mixture all over the ribs. Heat the smoker up to 270°F and cook the ribs for about 3-4 hours until the internal temperature is 200 – 205°F.
