    2. Heat your oven to 180 degrees, and spritz a baking tray with low calorie cooking spray.
    3. Thread the pieces of chicken on to kebab skewers and place on the baking tray. (I like to spread the chicken across two skewers per person).
    4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and piping hot.
