1. Spray a large frying pan with low-calorie spray and add the beef mince and a crumbled up OXO cube. Fry off until browned, then set aside.
2. Fry off the onion, pepper, mushrooms, carrot and the garlic. Add the tomato purée, and cook for 1 minute more, stirring to stop it from sticking.
3. Add the tomatoes, cooked beef and stock with the basil, smoked paprika, Worcester sauce and balsamic vinegar. Simmer on a low heat for at least 40 mins until thickened and reduced.
4. Cook the spaghetti following pack instructions when ready to serve.
