      1. Add pasta and 1 ham stock cube to boiling water and simmer until cooked.
      2. In a pan with Frylight and add pepper, mushrooms, dried mixed herbs, garlic, salt and pepper.
      3. In a mug add 150ml boiling water and 1 ham stock cube. Add this to a pan with red pepper, mushroom and garlic. Cover with a lid and allow to simmer.
      4. After 5 minutes remove the lid and allow the liquid to reduce.

    1. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, tomato puree, soy sauce, rice vinegar and water. Stir through the spring onions and crushed garlic.
    2. Pop the chicken breasts into the bottom of the slow-cooker bowl, and cover with the sauce. Put the lid on.
    3. Cook on high for 2-3 hours, or on low for 4-5 hours, stirring half way through cooking if you can.
    4. The chicken should now pull apart easily, and you can shred the chicken into the sauce using 2 forks.
