3. Chuck in the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and season with salt & pepper then let it simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and transfer cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce. Stir well making sure the pasta is coated with the sauce.
