3. Place the roast on the prepared baking sheet, and brush the rub paste on all sides of the roast.
4. Roast in a preheated oven for 1 hour to 3 hours (depending on size) until a minimum internal temperature of 135 to 145 degrees F (63 degrees C, use a thermometer to check). Let sit 14 minutes before slicing. Slice & Serve.
